- In-place yield: Assets with a strong spread to prevailing interest rates, offering positive leverage and attractive in-place carry
- Value-add levers: Opportunity to improve performance through economies of scale, operational efficiencies, and underperforming rents
- Long-term hold profile: Properties we believe in and are prepared to own across cycles
