CEO

Tom Intrator is the Founder and Managing Partner of 18Main, bringing deep expertise across real estate syndication, ownership, rehabilitation, financing, and management.

He has executed over $700 million in real estate transactions as principal, with a focus on multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial assets across major U.S. markets. Tom co-founded Hyde Capital in 2010 along with its sister management company, The Lennox Companies (since rebranded as Wogan Group), overseeing a multifamily portfolio that grew to over 4,000 units. Earlier in his career, he concentrated on distressed acquisitions and distressed  debt, shaping the disciplined, long-term investment philosophy that underpins 18Main today.

Tom has been active in various philanthropic and civic efforts, including co-founding the Kiyum Initiative and previously serving on a committee at the Israel Democracy Institute.

HEAD OF INVESTMENTS

Joseph Ammar is Principal and Head of Investments at 18Main, where he leads the firm’s acquisition strategy, development pipeline, and capital structuring.

Before joining 18Main, Joseph was Head of Real Estate Investment and Management at Data Driven Properties, where he built and led the firm’s short-term and vacation rental platform. He began his career at Hyde Capital and its sister company, The Lennox Companies, contributing to over $150 million in acquisitions and dispositions.

He holds a B.A. in Finance from Yeshiva University and is active in community initiatives including Chai Lifeline, which supports children with serious illness, and Friendship Circle, which fosters inclusion for individuals with special needs.
